The Treasure Valley Family YMCA has announced the upcoming introduction of the EGYM program at both the Tomlinson South Meridian YMCA facility and the new CapEd Downtown YMCA facility. EGYM offers a customized workout circuit focused on various fitness goals, including foundational strength training, immunity boost, weight loss, general fitness, muscle building, and body toning.

An introductory session for interested members can be reserved online through the provided link. To celebrate the launch of EGYM, a Member Kickoff event is scheduled for November 20, 2024, from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the Tomlinson South Meridian YMCA. Members are encouraged to participate and become ambassadors for the new program.
