The Treasure Valley Family YMCA in Meridian, Idaho, is hosting a Member Kickoff event for EGYM on November 20, 2024. The event will take place from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the Tomlinson South Meridian YMCA facility. Attendees are encouraged to join and can become ambassadors for EGYM.

EGYM offers a variety of training programs, including options for foundational strength training, boosting immunity, weight loss, general fitness, muscle building, and body toning. The program features an easy-to-use, enjoyable circuit training experience that is tailored to personal fitness goals.
