**Youth Strength Training Program Now Available at South Meridian YMCA**

The Tomlinson South Meridian YMCA, part of the Treasure Valley Family YMCA network, is hosting monthly Youth Strength Training sessions. The program is designed for children aged 10 to 14 and is free for members.

Participants in these training sessions will learn how to safely use fitness equipment and practice proper etiquette on the fitness floor. After completing the program, children will be granted the ability to work out independently in designated areas of the fitness center.

Financial assistance options are available for families who may need support.
