**Vietnam Veterans Honored at “Welcome Home” Event in Meridian**

On Saturday, March 29th, the Vietnam Veterans community in Idaho will be celebrated at a special event in recognition of National Vietnam War Veterans Day. The event, titled “Welcome Home,” will take place at Scentsy Commons, located at 2701 E Pine Ave, Meridian, ID 83642.

The celebration will kick off at 10:00 AM with a formal welcome ceremony, music, and a variety of activities, including static displays and informational resource tables for attendees. Starting at 11:00 AM, complimentary hot dogs and drinks will be served to Vietnam Veterans and their families as part of the program.

This event is an opportunity to honor and thank Vietnam Veterans for their service and sacrifices. It is organized in part by the Boise VA Medical Center, which encourages the community to come out, recognize these Veterans, and join the heartfelt tribute. The event will run until 2:00 PM.
