**Meridian Arts Commission to Host "Human, Animal, Spirit" Exhibit at Initial Point Gallery**

The Meridian Arts Commission invites the public to an artist reception for the exhibit "Human, Animal, Spirit" on Wednesday, November 6. The event will take place from 4:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the Initial Point Gallery located on the third floor of Meridian City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Avenue.

The exhibit will showcase the work of three artists: Michelle Grace, Johan O. Rodriguez, and Leslie Jay Bosch. Michelle Grace will display large abstract acrylic paintings characterized by a spontaneous style and emotional depth. Johan O. Rodriguez will present artwork that explores faces and colors, aiming to express his experiences through simple forms. Leslie Jay Bosch’s contribution includes a new series of ceramics titled “Teach a Woman to Fish,” inspired by her participation in a fly fishing retreat for breast cancer survivors. The series reflects her insights on life's challenges and triumphs.

The exhibit will be on display from November 5 to November 29. The Initial Point Gallery is open to the public and free to attend on weekdays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, except for federal holidays.
